Muralizing
If you’ve been following the updates on this website than you may recall that in 2008 we received a grant to spruce up our front facade. Back in August of 2008 we had the exterior facade painted and that process was documented here.
The second part of the grant was for us to have a mural painted on part of the Sedgwick Street facade. Our muralist Tony LaSeur began work on the mural in the fall but was only able to complete a very small amount before the weather forced him to wait until spring. After a little delay Tony is back up in Pittsburgh working on completing the mural. If the weather holds out, we will hopefully have a completed mural in the coming week or so.
